Palate: A fruit intense wine with loads of blackberry, black doris plums and red currents. Behind all the fruit is a touch of bayleaf from the Cabernet. True to style softness and plush tannins from basket pressing make this wine a great every day approachable wine.

A classic Australian blend made in a medium to full body style.   Good depth of colour.  Enjoy now or will continue to mellow over the next five years. A perfect barbeque wine!

A rather stylish blended red from this cooler vintage. It’s an elegantly poised wine showing lovely generous aromatics of blackcurrant and fruity, raisiny characters. Gets some serious winemaking treatment, albeit very gentle, but still time-consuming for a wine at this price. Cellar 7 Years.

Colour: Ruby red with purple hues.

Bouquet: Lifted violet florals with lashings of blackberry and mulberry fruits. Underlying balsamic soaked strawberries with a touch of espresso from the oak in the background.

Palate: Juicy blackberry, blueberry and mulberry compote with fresh black Doris plums. Underlying characters of cinnamon, clove and red liquorice. Mocha and lingering fine cocoa powder tannins give length from well integrated oak.

Palate: A stunning vintage showing ripe sweet fruits of black currents, dark plums and black forest gateaux enveloped by earthen notes of cedar and fresh leather. Structured ever present fine tannins give length, weight and longevity to this wine. A classic wine from a classic vintage.

"2018 was a perfect vintage in Margaret River, and produced wines of ripeness, balance and power. Pungent intensity of blackberry/cassis flavour, and streamlined length though the finish. It extends like a bicep, flexing its regional pedigree and showing the bounty of the vintage. If there was a quibble, it would be the metallic edge to the tannins through the finish, however this is absorbed by the fruit, so it remains minor in the scheme of things."
