Limited Rosé production 166 dozen from Estate Grown Fruit
Colour: Pale Pink
Aroma: Raspberries and red currants jump out of the glass with touches of dried thyme.
Palate: Dry and refreshing showing flavours of fresh cherries and strawberries. Nuances of nougat and a creamy texture work alongside a cleansing acidity finishing dry.
Vinification: Shiraz and Malbec were harvested on March 20th, and Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc on April 3rd. Red wines were drained off (Saignee) straight after harvesting to minimize colour and tannin extraction. The juice was settled for 48 hrs before being racked clean and inoculated with an aromatic yeast in stainless steel. 25% of the juice was barrel fermented in old oak to bring texture. Bottled in July 2025. Alc. 13.0%
Vintage 2025: 9/10 Vintage 2025 was short, sharp and full of energy. Warm, dry days and cool nights delivered clean, beautifully balanced fruit, with whites and reds ripening almost simultaneously — a rare phenomenon in Margaret River. Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc were safely picked within two weeks, followed closely by Syrah, Shiraz and Malbec, including a moonlit harvest and sunrise foot stomp to kick off fermentation. With no disease pressure, excellent acidity and outstanding flavour across the board, this vintage is shaping up to be one of elegance, structure and vibrancy.
