Aroma: Restrained yet complex, with aromas of almond croissant, lemon curd, floral jasmine and a hint of sea breeze.
Palate: A beautifully balanced Chardonnay showing fresh nectarine and ripe peach layered with toffee apple and toasted almond. The palate is richly textured yet poised, with bright natural acidity leading to a long, creamy, moreish finish. Subtle flint and mineral notes will continue to evolve beautifully with bottle age.

Vintage 2025 – 9/10: Vintage 2025 was short, sharp and full of energy. Warm, dry days and cool nights delivered pristine, beautifully balanced fruit, with whites and reds ripening almost simultaneously – a rare occurrence in Margaret River. Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc were harvested within two weeks, followed closely by Syrah, Shiraz and Malbec, including a moonlit harvest and sunrise foot stomp to begin fermentation. With virtually no disease pressure, excellent natural acidity and outstanding flavour across all varieties, 2025 is shaping up to be a vintage of elegance, purity and vibrancy.
Vinification: The fruit was gently whole-bunch pressed, with premium free-run juice transferred directly to French oak barriques. Fermentation occurred naturally with wild yeasts and full juice solids, building complexity and texture. The barrels were stirred weekly for the first two months following fermentation, then monthly until bottling. Matured for nine months in 40% new French oak, the final blend showcases both richness and restraint, reflecting the character of the vineyard and vintage.
