Colour: Violet and dark ruby, good depth of colour.
Bouquet: Dark, brooding nose full of blackcurrants and dark forest fruits. Black pepper, spice, cloves and violet.
Palate: Medium to full body, dark forest fruits. Cabernet showing to the fore with juicy, textural fruit. Shiraz gives great length with black pepper, spice and aniseed.
A classic Australian blend made in a medium to full body style. Enjoy now or will continue to mellow over the next five years. A perfect barbeque wine!
