Production – 50 dozen / 600 bottles
Colour: Pale straw with lime hues.
Bouquet: Jasmine flower with fresh lime rind and a touch of seaspray on the nose. Hints of brioche and freshly baked bread.
Palate: The palate is bright and delicate, fresh lime rind and lemon curd jump out initially followed by white nectarines, peach and pithy ruby grapefruit. There is weight from the barrel work and a rich brulee texture that coats the mouth before a fine line of acid takes over to give the wine great length.
Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now or will continue to develop if cellared, until 2025.

New Release October 2019
There’s a richness to both the texture and to the flavour here though it finishes with a keen strut of citrus- and nectarine-driven acidity. It has both length and power as a result, though harmony is still a work in progress. Time will help. – Campbell Mattinson – Published 01 August 2019
