Colour: Rich Gold
Aroma: Crème brulee with hints of preserved lemon. A lovely balance of fruit and aged characters mingling together.
Palate: Very bright and youthful with honeysuckle and peaches at the fore. A minerally acidity gives a back bone and plenty of length with notes of mandarin. A very cleansing finish with underlying lingering roasted nut characters. Will develop for more years to come but exquisite now.
