Colour: Deep Crimson

Bouquet Lifted berry coulis a little hint of eucalyptus.

Palate: Dense and dark fruited the most concentrated of all the wines. Showing syrupy blueberry cordial notes, liquorice and touches of coconut. A fruit dominant wine with lovely soft approachable tannins. With fruit weight like this it will age gracefully for a long time.

Reviews: “Shiraz has been a consistent performer from this vineyard, and this is another excellent wine displaying the distinctive savoury, dry, dusty characters of Margaret River, but with a balancing plumb, fleshy opulence.  A delightfully friendly wine of poise and presence.  Seamless integration with grainy tannins and a gravelly palate texture. Cellar 10 years” 92/100 Ray Jordan

“Liquorice and coffee, dark berries and some spice/pepper. Medium to full bodied, berries and mocha, richness and grainy tannin, pulling dry on the finish, and yet kind of slippery and glycerol before that. Juicy and pretty good.” 91 Points  Gary Walsh
