Colour: Deep Gold
Aroma: Anzac biscuits and caramelized peaches jump out of the glass a lovely combination of fruit and aged characters.
Palate: Very fresh with lemon curd and pink grapefruit at the fore. A minearally acidity runs thru giving youth to a 9 year old wine. Lovely toasted croissant and rolled oats peep thru showing that the wine is ageing gracefully with years to come.
