A Museum release of our 2007 Chardonnay. A wine for immediate consumption cellared perfectly for 14 years so you don’t have to wait.
Colour: Athenian Gold
Bouquet: Complex aged aromas of Bees wax, caramelized peaches and toasted hazelnuts.
Palate: Still alive and kicking with candied nectarines and peaches with a light fresh acidity. Very much an older style Chardonnay with a creamy texture and hints of butterscotch. The oak influence has developed beautifully leaving you with a lingering finish of Jarrah honey on toasted sourdough.
Tasting Notes: A wine for immediate consumption cellared perfectly for 14 years so you don’t have to wait. Best served at 10-15c to let the aged notes blossom.
