Cape Grace Wines are a true expressions of the vintage. For the loyal followers of the Cape Grace Chardonnay, the 2007 backs up the 2004 National Trophy Wine!

Barrel fermentation with lees stirring in new and old French oak.  The 2007 Chardonnay is a lean style wine, similar to the 2006 vintage. It has a lovely mouth feel and lingers on, promising to be a delight drunk on its own or matched to your favourite meal. Drink now or cellar up to 5 years.
